1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Request Time

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. This may include skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. The replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
